Terms and conditions
Word Wizard · effective October 9, 2026 · Español
Word Wizard is a word game by CapraLabsGames, a studio in Buenos Aires, Argentina. By playing it, on the web or in the Android app, you accept these terms. They are short on purpose: if anything is unclear, write to us.
1. The game
Word Wizard is free. You can play it without signing up. We keep improving it: we may add, change or remove modes, words, rewards or features, and at some point it could stop being available. If that happens, we'll try to let you know in advance.
The words come from dictionaries and word lists that we curate, but there may be mistakes or missing words. The game is entertainment, not an official language reference.
2. Your progress
Your progress, coins and achievements are saved on your device. If you clear your browser or app data, or change phones, they are lost; today there is no way to recover them. Coins and in-game rewards have no value outside the game, can't be exchanged for money, and are not legally yours: they are part of the game.
3. World ranking and wizard name
When you finish a daily challenge or a Tower climb, your wizard name and your result appear in the world ranking, visible to everyone. When choosing a name you agree:
- not to use insults, sexual, discriminatory or violent content, or someone else's name to impersonate them;
- not to cheat: no modifying or automating the game, and no sending results that didn't come from playing.
We may replace a name with a generic one, remove results from the ranking or block anyone who doesn't comply, without prior notice.
4. Purchases
Today the game has no purchases and no ads. If we add paid options later (for example, looks for Silabo or a pass), they will be cosmetic or for convenience, never to win, and we will publish their conditions (prices, renewal, cancellation and refunds) before turning them on.
5. Intellectual property
Silabo, the drawings, the music, the code, the logo and the Word Wizard name belong to CapraLabsGames. You can share screenshots, videos and your results as much as you like. What you can't do is copy the game or its parts to make another one, or sell it.
6. Liability
We do our best to make the game work well, but it is provided as is: it may have bugs, outages or lose data. To the extent the law allows, CapraLabsGames is not liable for indirect damages arising from its use. Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law that applies to you.
7. Privacy
What data the game uses and how to ask us to delete it is explained in the privacy policy.
8. Changes
If we change these terms, we'll publish the new version on this page with its date and, if the change is important, we'll announce it in the game. Continuing to play after the change means you accept it.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. If there is a dispute we can't solve by talking, the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires will have jurisdiction, without prejudice to your right as a consumer to go to the courts where you live.
